• Communication tools & Reports and dashboards

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account access.
• All activities performed through your account.

You may not:

• Share accounts with unauthorized individuals.
• Create false identities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Interfere with platform security or availability.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
• Use SkaiMitra for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use AI-generated content to spread misinformation or academic dishonesty.

5. AI Services

SkaiMitra includes AI-powered capabilities that assist with:

• Lesson planning & Assignments
• Grades & Learning recommendations
• Content Generation
• Educational assistance

AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies.
• Should be reviewed by educators before classroom use.
• Does not replace professional educational judgment.
• May vary based on user prompts.

Schools and educators remain responsible for educational decisions.

6. Student Data

Schools remain the owners of student information uploaded into SkaiMitra.

Users agree to:

• Upload only information necessary for educational purposes.
• Protect student privacy.
• Comply with applicable student privacy laws.
• Obtain required parental or institutional consent where applicable.

7. Privacy

Your use of SkaiMitra is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting:

• Student information
• Teacher information
• School records
• Administrative data

8. Intellectual Property

SkaiMitra, including its:

• Software, Design, Logos, Branding
• Documentation, Educational templates
• User interface

is the intellectual property of Advaitecs Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload while granting SkaiMitra the rights necessary to provide the Services.

9. Educational Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded educational materials:

• Do not violate copyright.
• Are legally licensed.
• May be shared with authorized students only.

SkaiMitra is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

10. Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, security improvements, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.

SkaiMitra may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Google Workspace & Microsoft 365
• Open Router & Website Hosting Providers
• Cloud storage providers & Email services
• SMS providers & WhatsApp Business APIs
• Learning tools

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription terms include:

• Pricing as agreed with the school or organization.
• Billing according to the selected plan.
• Timely payment of applicable fees.
• Suspension of Services for unpaid accounts where permitted.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in illegal activities.
• Compromise platform security.
• Abuse the Services.
• Fail to meet payment obligations.

Schools may also deactivate user accounts within their organization.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkaiMitra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous availability
• Accuracy of AI-generated outputs

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advaitecs Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages, Incidental damages, Consequential damages, Punitive damages
• Loss of data, Business interruption
• Loss of educational records resulting from user actions
• Decisions made based solely on AI-generated recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable Services during the preceding twelve (12) months, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advaitecs Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
